ClearVoyant LLC was founded to fix a problem we saw from the inside — portfolio decisions being made on data that didn't reflect reality.
I've spent my career inside the PMO — not advising from the outside, but actually running it. Building the teams, standing up the governance, sitting in the steering committees where the hard calls get made.
And the same problem showed up everywhere I went: the people making portfolio decisions were working off status reports that didn't match reality. Status said green. The data told a different story. And by the time the real picture surfaced, we were already in escalation mode.
I started ClearVoyant LLC to fix that. The consulting side helps organizations get their PMO foundations right. Compass is the intelligence layer I always wished I had — one that reads your data and tells you what the status reports won't.
